FOR THE MONTGOMERY-TRAMWAY NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
                    
                    seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to design the Montgomery-Tramway
          neighborhood center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
