                           REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF LOS RANCHOS DE ALBUQUERQUE IN
BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:

                    forty-three thousand dollars ($43,000) for water system improvements in the
          village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  forty-nine thousand dollars ($49,000) for park improvements in the village of
<center>- 1 -</center>

Los Ranchos de Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for a community center in the
village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
          A.  sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for road maintenance in the village of Los
Ranchos de Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a road improvements' study in the village
of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
