REAUTHORIZATION; FOR FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS AT MESA TECHNICAL COLLEGE IN
QUAY COUNTY.

     The balance of the general fund appropriation made to Mesa technical college pursuant
to Laws 1995, Chapter 222, Section 42 to plan and design a child development facility at the
college in Tucumcari in Quay county shall not be expended for its original purpose but is
appropriated to the governing board of Mesa technical college for facility improvements at the
college to comply with federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 requirements.
