HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 164 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY PAULINE K. GUBBELS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NEW MEXICO STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the state fair commission: A. six million five hundred thousand dollars ($6,500,000) for renovations and improvements to Tingley coliseum at the New Mexico state fairgrounds located in Bernalillo county; B. one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) for site drainage improvements at the New Mexico state fairgrounds located in Bernalillo county; and - 1 - C. six million dollars ($6,000,000), for renovations and improvements to various facilities located at the New Mexico state fairgrounds in Bernalillo county.
