TO UPGRADE PINE TREE WASH AND UMBRELLA CANYON LOOP ROAD IN BREAD SPRINGS
CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    one hundred ninety-eight thousand dollars ($198,000) to plan, design or
          construct Pine Tree wash and Umbrella Canyon loop road for school bus use in
          Bread Springs chapter in McKinley county.
