FOR RAMAH COMMUNITY SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($215,000) to construct additional facilities
          for sewage treatment in the community of Ramah in McKinley county.
