DURAN FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS TO THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE HALL OF FAME AND SPACE CENTER IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the office of cultural affairs: seven hundred thirty-six thousand six hundred dollars ($736,600) to renovate, repair, construct improvements to and equip the international space hall of fame and the space center facilities in Alamogordo in Otero county.
