FOR A CROSSING STRUCTURE OVER AN ARROYO IN LA MESILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct a low water
          crossing structure for Arroyo de los Barrancos in La Mesilla in Rio Arriba county.
