HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 182 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DEBBIE A. RODELLA FOR STREETLIGHTS AND A BOARDWALK IN CHAMA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase and install streetlights and to design and construct a boardwalk on Main street between Third and Seventh streets in the village of Chama in Rio Arriba county.
