FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO RACQUETBALL COURTS ONTO THE EXISTING FACILITY
OF THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to construct two racquetball
          courts onto the existing facility of the boys' and girls' club in Alamogordo in Otero
          county.
