TO RENOVATE AND IMPROVE THE CLUB FUSION TEEN CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA
ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
     
                    four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to renovate and make improvements
          to the club fusion teen center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
