HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 196 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY NICK L. SALAZAR FOR ESPANOLA CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RIO ARRIBA AND SANTA FE COUNTIES. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to enclose the outdoor swimming pool at the Espanola therapy center in Rio Arriba county; and to the department of environment: A. three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for a wastewater treatment plant expansion study in Espanola in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties; and - 1 - B. five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to purchase and install a flouride treatment system in Espanola in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties.
