FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN CIBOLA AND SANDOVAL COUNTIES.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
     
          A.  seventy-eight thousand dollars ($78,000) to improve the Bibo community
water system in Cibola county;

          B.  three hundred fifty-four thousand five hundred dollars ($354,500) to repair,
restore and improve the domestic water system in Seboyeta in Cibola county; and

          C.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, construct or equip

improvements to the domestic water system and to purchase water rights for the Ponderosa
domestic water service in Sandoval county.
