FOR THE INPATIENT TREATMENT CENTER IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars ($168,000) to renovate the inpatient
          treatment center for alcohol and substance abuse in Shiprock in San Juan county.
