FOR PARK AND RECREATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 15 OF
ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design and construct
improvements at the Alameda little league complex at the balloon fiesta park in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          B.  five hundred thirty thousand dollars ($530,000) to acquire the land, design
and construction of improvements at Columbus park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          C.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct trail improvements at
the Paseo del Bosque extension and Paseo del Norte to Alameda in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county; and
          
          D.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design and construct a trail
overpass between 2nd and south side Paseo del Norte in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
