HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 251 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY GLORIA VAUGHN FOR AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TRANSPORT VEHICLE IN OTERO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for purchasing and equipping a new emergency medical services transport vehicle for the Dungan volunteer fire department in Otero county.
