FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to develop Tom Tenorio park in
          Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
          A.  forty-four thousand dollars ($44,000) to pave Eduardo road in Albuquerque
in Bernalillo county;

          B.  forty-four thousand dollars ($44,000) to pave Blandford road in Albuquerque
in Bernalillo county;

          C.  sixty-six thousand dollars ($66,000) to pave El Pinon road in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          D.  twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) to pave Shipman road in Albuquerque
in Bernalillo county;

          E.  twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) to pave Canal road in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          F.  thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000) to pave Boddy road in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;
     
          G.  three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) to install school
flashing lights throughout the south valley of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;




          H.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for an overlay of Atrisco drive
in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          I.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to pave Foothill road in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;
          
          J.  sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to pave Aragon road in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          K.  three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for right-of-way acquisition,
lighting and drainage improvements at the intersection of Coors and Arenal in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          L.  four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to design the reconstruction of
the intersection of Coors and Arenal in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          M.  four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500) for pedestrian walkway
improvements at bridge number 8927 in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          N.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for drainage improvements in the
south valley of  Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          O.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for improvements to storm
water pump stations in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          P.  one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for reconstruction,
lighting, turn lanes and drainage improvements at the intersection of Coors and Arenal in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
