FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thirty-three thousand dollars ($133,000) for the acquisition of
          books and other materials for the municipal library in the city of Rio Rancho in
          Sandoval county.
