FOR TAOS COUNSELING AND DETOXIFICATION CENTER IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to construct and equip an
          addition to the Taos counseling and detoxification center in Taos county.
