FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO MESA VISTA HIGH SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education: 
          
                    four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) for phase one of a
          physical education complex at Mesa Vista high school in Rio Arriba county.
