FOR SANITATION AND PUBLIC HEALTH CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CHICHILTAH IN MCKINLEY
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000) to the community of Chichiltah
          for completion of a community sanitation and public health project in McKinley
          county.
