FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN GRANTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    five hundred fifty-one thousand five hundred fifteen dollars ($551,515) to
          improve roads and replace utilities in the Gabaldon Hill area of Grants in Cibola
          county.
