HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 274 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DEBBIE A. RODELLA FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the department of environment: A. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase and install water meters, to relocate and drill a new well and to build an additional storage tank for the Los Ojos mutual domestic water consumers association located in Rio Arriba county; B. two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to install water meters and design, construct and equip water system upgrades for the Barranco mutual domestic water consumers association located in Rio Arriba county; and - 1 - C. two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to extend and replace water lines and to design, construct, install and equip improvements to the water system of the Cebolla mutual domestic water consumers association located in Rio Arriba county.
