FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN REGINA IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
     
                    seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to upgrade the water system in
          Regina located in Sandoval county, including expanding the storage and
          distribution system.
