FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) for improvements to the
Lincoln county fairgrounds; and

          B.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase and install
equipment for the Glencoe rural events center located in Lincoln county.
