                           REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY OF CLOVIS AND CURRY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for exterior remodeling and
          stabilization of the county courthouse in Curry county;

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for improvements on
          county road O from county road 9 to county road 10 and on county road M from
<center>- 1 -</center>

          county road 9 to county road 9.5; and

                    to the department of environment:
     
                    one million nine hundred eighty-eight thousand seven hundred fifty-six dollars
          ($1,988,756) for necessary improvements at the municipal landfill in Clovis in
          Curry county.
