FOR TAOS YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTER IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to construct and equip a youth
          and family center in Taos in Taos county.
