FOR DRY FIRE HYDRANTS IN TAOS, RIO ARRIBA AND SANTA FE COUNTIES.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state fire marshal:
          
                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase dry fire hydrants for
          Taos, Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties.
