LIBRARY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                     to the state department of public education:
          
                    seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to acquire and install books, supplies and
          equipment in the Chaparral elementary school library in Dona Ana county.
