FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT LA CLINICA DEL PUEBLO DE RIO ARRIBA IN TIERRA AMARILLA.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to replace the roof at La Clinica del Pueblo
de Rio Arriba in the town of Tierra Amarilla; and

          B.  thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to pave and make parking lot improvements
at La Clinica del Pueblo de Rio Arriba in the town of Tierra Amarilla.
