FOR A MANZANO FIRE STATION IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to construct, equip and furnish a fire
          station located on the Manzano land grant in Torrance county.
