FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO A DENTAL CLINIC IN EL RITO IN RIO ARRIBA
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of health:
                    
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to equip and furnish a
          dental clinic that provides care to medically indigent
          patients in El Rito in Rio Arriba county.
