TO PAVE STREETS AND COMPLETE A STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN
BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    five hundred twenty-four thousand three hundred dollars
          ($524,300) for paving streets and completing a street
          drainage improvement project in Bayard in Grant county.
