TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT AN ADVOCACY CENTER FOR VICTIMS OF
SEXUAL ABUSE IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design
          and construct an advocacy center for victims of sexual
          abuse in Taos county.
