FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO ROADS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
          A.  four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to
construct a grade and erosion control structure on county road
68A in Agua Fria in Santa Fe county;

          B.  one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for
drainage improvements and paving on county road 70A and other
roads in the Pinon Hills subdivision in Santa Fe county;

          C.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for paving
approximately one mile of county road 78 in Chupadero in Santa Fe
county;

          D.  one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for
drainage improvements and paving on county road 86 in Arroyo Seco
in Santa Fe county;

          E.  thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for construction
of an arroyo crossing in La Puebla on county road 88A in Santa Fe
county;

          F.  eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for
bridge construction on county road 91A in Arroyo Seco in Santa Fe
county;

          G.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
drainage improvements and paving on county road 91E, Walnut
circle, in Sombrillo in Santa Fe county;

          H.  one hundred twenty-six thousand dollars ($126,000)
for paving on county road 94B, Camino de los Ranchos, in Chimayo
in Santa Fe county; and

          I.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for
construction and installation of a traffic signal at the
intersection of United States highway 84/285 and county road 88
in Santa Fe county.
