FOR EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR THE CHAPARRAL COMMUNITY CRIME
PATROL IN OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase equipment
          and supplies for the Chaparral community crime patrol
          of the Chaparral recreation office in Otero county.
