FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for improvements,
          including drainage and surfacing, to county road 89 in
          Rio Arriba county;

                    to the state agency on aging:

<center>- 1 -</center>

                    seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan,
          design, construct and equip a senior citizen center in
          the community of Truchas in Rio Arriba county; and

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design,
          construct, equip and landscape a track and field
          recreation facility for the communities of Cordova and
          Truchas in Rio Arriba county.
