FOR EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university:

          A.  one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars ($168,000)
for men's and women's locker rooms at eastern New Mexico university
in Roosevelt county;

          B.  one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) for
men's and women's sports office, conference room and classroom
complex at eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt county;

          C.  forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for an underground
irrigation system for the football field at eastern New Mexico
university in Roosevelt county;

          D.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for baseball and
football storage units at eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt
county; and

          E.  fourteen thousand five hundred dollars ($14,500) for
laundry equipment at eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt
county.
