FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR SCHOOLS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 19 IN
ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

          A.  thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to upgrade the
multipurpose center and make parking lot improvements at Kirtland
elementary school in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          B.  sixteen thousand six hundred dollars ($16,600) for

the purchase and installation of computers, including necessary
wiring, for Emerson elementary school in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          C.  sixteen thousand six hundred dollars ($16,600) for
the purchase and installation of computers, including necessary
wiring, for Kirtland elementary school in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          D.  sixteen thousand six hundred dollars ($16,600) for
the purchase and installation of computers, including necessary
wiring, for Whittier elementary school in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          E.  sixteen thousand six hundred dollars ($16,600) for
the purchase and installation of computers, including necessary
wiring, for Zia elementary school in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          F.  sixteen thousand six hundred dollars ($16,600) for
the purchase and installation of computers, including necessary
wiring, for Wilson middle school in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county; and
