HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 406 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOE M. STELL FOR EXPANSION AND LANDSCAPING AT THE ARTESIA HEALTH RESOURCES CENTER IN EDDY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to construct, equip and furnish additional facilities and to install landscaping for the Artesia health resources center in Eddy county.
