FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE INDIAN HEALTH FACILITY IN SHIPROCK TO A SUBSTANCE
ABUSE TREATMENT CENTER.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
               
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design or construct the
          conversion of the Shiprock Indian health service facility to a substance abuse
          residential treatment center in San Juan county.
