FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 30 IN ALBUQUERQUE IN
BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
          A.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design
and renovate Alvarado park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          B.  one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000)

to design and renovate Kiva park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          C.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
environmental design projects citywide to reduce crime and
vandalism in neighborhoods in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;
and

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and
          construct a sound barrier on San Mateo boulevard
          between Constitution and Marble NE in Albuquerque in
          Bernalillo county.
