FOR THE REAUTHORIZATION OF SEVERANCE TAX BOND PROCEEDS FOR PAVING
AT THE DETOXIFICATION CENTER IN TAOS IN TAOS COUNTY.

     The appropriation of severance tax bond proceeds pursuant to
Subsection JJJ of Section 5 of Chapter 4, Laws 1996 (1st S.S.) to
the local government division of the department of finance and
administration for the detoxification project in Taos in Taos
county shall not be expended for that purpose but is reauthorized
and appropriated for paving for the detoxification center.
