HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 430 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY LEO C. WATCHMAN JR. FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE WHITE ROCK CHAPTER HOUSE IN MCKINLEY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs: A. one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to provide a water and sewer system and hookup at the White Rock chapter house in McKinley county; B. two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for - 1 - necessary repairs and renovations, including asbestos removal and replacement, at the White Rock chapter house in McKinley county; and C. forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for the replacement of utility equipment, including the heating system, stove and refrigerator, at the White Rock chapter house in McKinley county.
