HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 435 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY FRANK BIRD TO IMPROVE SAN RAPHAEL ROAD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) to plan, design, develop or construct improvements to San Raphael road in the north Albuquerque acres area of Bernalillo county.
