HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 450 
                                
                      STATE OF NEW MEXICO
            43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998

                           REQUESTED BY
                            BEN LUJAN             





FOR FACILITY CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of game and fish:
     
          A.  three million dollars ($3,000,000) to plan, design, construct, furnish and
equip a new headquarters facility located in Santa Fe county; 

          B.  one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) from the game and
fish bond retirement fund to plan, design, construct, furnish and equip a new headquarters
facility located in Santa Fe county; and

          C.  one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) from the game
protection fund to plan, design, construct, furnish and equip a new headquarters facility located
in Santa Fe county; 

                    to the capital program fund:
     
          A.  seven hundred twenty-five thousand one hundred dollars ($725,100) to plan
and design a new state office building at the west capitol complex located in Santa Fe county;
and

          B.  seven million four hundred thousand dollars ($7,400,000) to provide for the
purchase and necessary repairs and improvements of the Pinon building located in Santa Fe
county.
