FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WILLIE'S CAMP ROAD IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to make
          improvements to three miles of county road 27/61, known
          as Willie's Camp road, in McKinley county.
