FOR RENOVATING THE HISTORIC BOND FAMILY HOUSE IN ESPANOLA IN RIO
ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate the
          historic Bond family house in Espanola in Rio Arriba
          county.
