REAUTHORIZATION; EXTENDING THE CERTIFICATION PERIOD OF A
SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER AT EL
CERRO MISSION IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

     The period of time in which the local government division of
the department of finance and administration has to certify the
need for the issuance of severance tax bonds to complete the
project pursuant to Subsection TT of Section 5 of Chapter 4 of
Laws 1996 (S.S.) to design, construct or equip a multipurpose
community center at El Cerro mission in Valencia county shall be
extended to the end of fiscal year 1999.
