FOR LIBRARY ACQUISITIONS FOR PUBLIC LIBRARIES STATEWIDE.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the office of cultural affairs:
          
                    two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000)
          for the acquisition of library books, equipment and
          library resources to be distributed to public libraries
          statewide.
